Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions are valid solely between RAM INDUSTRIE s.r.l., with registered office in Lainate (MI) via G. Verga 6/8, VAT No. 02697390124, hereinafter referred to as ''RAM'' and any person who purchases online at www.ramindustrie.it and www.ramindustrie.lineaweb.buffetti.it, hereinafter referred to as ‘’CUSTOMER''. These terms and conditions can be subject to changes. The date of their publication on this website is the date of their enforcement.

These terms and conditions regulate purchases at www.ramindustrie.it and www.ramindustrie.lineaweb.buffetti.it, in compliance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code, Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014 and Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 concerning e-commerce.

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the contract

With these Terms and Conditions of Sale, RAM sells and the Customer purchases tangible goods indicated and on sale on www.ramindustrie.it and www.ramindustrie.lineaweb.buffetti.it. The contract is entered into through the internet by accessing the websites at www.ramindustrie.it and www.ramindustrie.lineaweb.buffetti.it and by placing a purchase order, according to procedure described on the website.

The Customer undertakes to view these Terms and Conditions of Sale before confirming an order, with particular reference to the pre-contractual information, provided by RAM. The Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions by ticking the relative box.

The CUSTOMER will receive an order confirmation email, which contains a link to save a copy of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in compliance with art. 51, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014.

ARTICLE 2 - Pre-contractual information for the consumer - art. 49 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The CUSTOMER should view the features of the goods described in each product sheet before entering into the contract.

Before entering into the contract and validating the order with a payment obligation, the CUSTOMER will be informed about the:

- total price, tax included, with all the details regarding shipping costs and any other cost except for customs expenses for some non-EU countries;

- payment methods;

- deadline within which RAM undertakes to hand the goods to the courier;

- terms, conditions, and procedures to exercise the right of withdrawal (art. 6 of these Terms and Conditions), as well as the cancellation form pursuant to Annex I, part B of Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014;

- CUSTOMER’s obligation to bear the costs for returning the goods;

- legal guarantee of conformity covering the purchased goods;

ARTICLE 3 - Conclusion and enforceability of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded when RAM sends the order confirmation email. This email contains the CUSTOMER’s details, order number, price of the purchased goods, shipping costs (if any), delivery address, and the link to print out and file a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the email and promptly notify any correction needed.

RAM undertakes to describe the items on sale on the website in the best possible way. Nevertheless, there may be some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the product on the website and the actual one. Moreover, the photographs of the products presented on www.ramindustrie.it and www.ramindustrie.lineaweb.buffetti.it are only descriptive and do not constitute a contractual element.

ARTICLE 4 - Availability of products

The availability of the products refers to their actual availability at the time that the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability must always be considered indicative, because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the website, products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.

In some cases, a product may be totally or partially unavailable even after RAM sends the order confirmation email. In this instance, the order will be corrected by removing the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be notified immediately with a new sales confirmation by email, and will receive a refund through the indicated method.

If the CUSTOMER cancels the order withdrawing the contract, RAM will refund the price paid within 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed RAM about his or her decision to terminate the contract.

ARTICLE 5 - Payment methods

CUSTOMERS can pay by credit cards indicated on our websites, bank transfer, or PayPal.

If the Customer pays via PayPal, the amount will be charged when RAM sends the order confirmation email.

Communications relating to payments and personal data provided by the CUSTOMER when this is done take place on special protected lines. Credit card payment security is ensured by VBV (Verified by VISA) and SCM (Security Code Mastercard) services.

RAM accepts payments by:

Credit card through the secure server of Banca Sella’s GestPay circuit (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi), Italy’s most secure and renowned service for e-commerce websites. The information regarding your credit card will be sent to Banca Sella (e-commerce help-desk Tel. +39 015 2434640) through a secure server, which uses a 128-bit SSL3 protocol, the highest security standard for sending sensitive information over the internet. Therefore, the data referring to your credit card are processed exclusively by Banca Sella for the checks required to authorise the online payment. The SSL protocol is issued, certified, and guaranteed by Verisign: www.verisign.com. RAM has no access to your credit card, as the transaction occurs directly between your PC and the bank.


The price will be charged to your credit card only upon shipment and only for the items shipped. In the event that an order contains items that are unavailable, the price of these items will be deducted automatically from the amount indicated upon placing the order.

ARTICLE 6 - Prices

All retail prices of the products on our websites are expressed in Euro, gross of discounts, and are VAT not included.

Any discounts will be automatically indicated in the cart before you complete the purchase.

Shipping costs are not included in the retail price, but are calculated and indicated at the end of the purchase process before proceeding with the payment.

The CUSTOMER accepts that RAM is entitled to change its prices at any time. However, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website at the time that the order was placed and in the confirmation email the CUSTOMER receives from RAM.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical error or any other type of error, which could imply a substantial change in the price to the public unforeseen by RAM, making it exorbitant or far too low, the purchase order will be cancelled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days from cancellation.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of law in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without stating the reasons within 14 days from when the products were received.

CUSTOMERS who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify RAM by sending a declaration at: customerservice@ramindustrie.it

CUSTOMERS who exercise their right of withdrawal must return the goods within 14 from when they informed RAM about their decision to withdraw from the contract, in compliance with art. 57 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The goods must be returned to RAM INDUSTRIE S.R.L., at its headquarters in Via G. Verga 6/8, 20020 Lainate (MI), Italy.

The costs for returning the products will be charged to the CUSTOMER.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging (box, documentation, manuals, assembly drawings, etc.) and with the invoice attached. Notwithstanding RAM’s right to verify compliance with the above, it will refund the amount paid for the returned products within 14 days.

Pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 3, of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, RAM can withhold a refund until it receives the goods or until the CUSTOMER proves to have returned them to RAM.

RAM will refund the amount paid with the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase. CUSTOMERS who have paid by bank transfer and wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must provide their bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) for the refund through our “Contact Us” section.

ARTICLE 8 - Legal guarantee of conformity

In the event of defective products or products nonconforming to the order, the CUSTOMER will be entitled to the repair or replacement of the products free of charge. The CUSTOMER can exercise this right if the defect manifests itself within two years from the delivery of the goods and the nonconformity report. The Customer must report any defect or nonconformity to the following email address: customerservice@ramindustrie.it. RAM will arrange with the CUSTOMER to collect the product at its own expenses.

ARTICLE 9 - Deliveries

Products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER upon placing the order, within 7 days from when the CUSTOMER receives the order confirmation email.

ARTICLE 10 - Liability

RAM cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they depend on internet malfunctions and disruptions, in the event it does not manage to process the order within the time frame indicated in the contract.

ARTICLE 11 - Accessing the website

The CUSTOMER is entitled to access the website to view and purchase products. The website and its content cannot be used for any other purpose, especially for commercial purposes. All elements on this website whether audio or visual, and the technology used remain property of RAM and are protected by intellectual property laws.

ARTICLE 12 - Cookies

RAM websites use cookies. Cookies are text files that store information regarding the CUSTOMER’s experience on the website (pages viewed, date and time, etc.). This will help us provide a personalised service.

ARTICLE 13 – Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Sale consist of all of the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these Terms And Conditions Of Sale is considered unenforceable or declared as such in compliance with law, standards, or following a resolution of a court with jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to be enforceable.

ARTICLE 14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms And Conditions Of Sale are governed by the Italian law.

Any dispute that cannot be solved amicably will be settled by the Court of Milan, which has exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions of Sale can optionally be settled through the mediation procedures established in Italian Legislative Decree 28/2010.




We hereby inform you that the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) establishes the protection of the personal data of people and other subjects.

According to this law, personal data must be processed based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency while protecting your confidentiality and rights.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, we hereby provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose of personal data processing

We will ask you to provide us with your personal data for the following purposes:

1. registration of the data required for handling and processing your online purchase order;

2. sending commercial communications, market research, statistical analysis, prize competitions, customer satisfaction surveys. To this end, your data may be used for marketing activities aimed at contacting customers and building customer loyalty based on specific purchasing preferences, even through direct marketing media, such as promotional posters, emails, SMSs, and MMSs.

2. Data provision

The provision of personal data for the purposes listed in section 1 is mandatory. Failure to provide them will make it impossible for RAM INDUSTRIE srl to process your purchase order.

The provision of data for the purposes listed in section 2 is optional and does not affect the conclusion of the purchase transaction.

Personal data will be processed with manual and automated systems used to store, handle, and transmit them with a logic strictly related to the purposes, based on the data we have. The Customer must notify promptly any correction, addition, and/or update.

Your personal data will be processed with a logic strictly related to the purposes above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

3. Disclosure and dissemination of personal data

RAM INDUSTRIE srl may disclose the data strictly required for both purposes to:

- all subject who are authorised to access such data by regulatory measures;

- our collaborators, employees, and suppliers, within their duties, and/or contractual obligations regarding commercial relations with the interested parties;

- other national or international companies of the RAM INDUSTRIE srl group;

- post offices, forwarders, and couriers for sending documentation and/or material;

- all legal and/or natural persons, private and/or public bodies (legal, administrative, and tax consulting firms, Chambers of Commerce, Labour Offices, etc.), when disclosure is required for or functional to our activity. In any event, personal data will be disclosed with the methods and for the purposes described above;

- banks for managing collections and payments resulting from the execution of contracts.

4. Identity of the personal data holder and controller

The personal data holder is RAM INDUSTRIE S.R.L. with registered office in Lainate (MI) via G. Verga 6/8, in the person of its legal representative.

5. Rights provided by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003

Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The party concerned is entitled to receive confirmation as to the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if they have not yet been recorded, and to their communication in intelligible form.

2. The party concerned is entitled to obtain information on the:

a) origin of personal data;

b) purposes and processing methods;

c) logic applied in the event that the data are processed with electronic instruments;

d) identity of the holder, managers and the appointed representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers, or agents.

3. The party concerned is entitled to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The party concerned is entitled to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) the processing of personal data for sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or communication.
